I enjoy reading Oliver Sacks, Jenny Odell, and A Tale for the Time Being - books that sit at the intersection of science, humanity, and how we make sense of time. I watch films across genres to borrow other people's lenses and reflect on my own world.
I cook when I need to think with my hands. And I believe in taking time off - observing people, nature, and little things. Slow activities like walking, kayaking, or spending hours in museums remind me pause and pondering is a part of the process.
